We currently offer delivery services across France, Belgium, and Germany. This allows us to provide reliable and timely flower delivery while maintaining high quality standards. Orders outside these countries are not supported at this time.

Freshness is a top priority at FlowersOccasions. All bouquets are prepared shortly before delivery using flowers sourced from trusted suppliers. Our florists ensure that every arrangement meets our quality standards before it is carefully packaged and dispatched.
4. Can I choose a specific delivery time?
You may select a preferred delivery date at checkout. While we strive to meet requested timeframes, exact delivery times cannot always be guaranteed due to logistics and courier availability, especially during peak seasons.

6. What happens if the flowers arrive damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, wilted, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Orders can be canceled or modified up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. After this period, changes may not be possible due to preparation of the flowers.

Yes. You can include a personalized message with your floral arrangement during checkout. This message will be printed and delivered with your bouquet at no additional cost.

All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers. FlowersOccasions does not store or have access to your payment details.
